Job Description:
Nogiz is urgently hiring an HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Post jobs on portals and handle candidate communication
- Support onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR data
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience (IT recruitment preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Immediate joiner preferred
