Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with brands and media agencies.
- Develop tailored influencer marketing solutions and strategic proposals aligned with client goals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with agency partners and brand stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (campaign, content, influencer relations) for seamless execution.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling campaign formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Keep up with influencer trends, platform changes, and competitive landscape
- Ensure timely reporting, client communication, and post-campaign performance reviews.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, brand solutions,



or influencer marketing.
- Prior agency experience is a must (client-facing & revenue-driving).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conceptualize campaign ideas based on brand objectives.
- Familiarity with influencer management tools, campaign performance metrics, and pricing models.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
