Job Description – Production & Procurement ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

- Place fabric orders with suppliers based on production requirements.
- Follow up with fabric suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the cutting department and monitor daily cutting progress.
- Visit printing units to monitor print quality, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with ironing centers and follow up to ensure garments are finished on time.
- Monitor production at every stage to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Communicate with vendors and production teams to resolve delays and production issues.
- Maintain daily production reports and update management on work progress.
- Coordinate with stitching, printing, ironing,



and packing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure orders are completed and dispatched according to committed delivery dates.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and production units.
- Solid follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally to suppliers, printing units, and production centers.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
