Karma Ayurveda is a leading Ayurvedic healthcare organization dedicated to providing natural treatments and holistic healthcare solutions. We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Track key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements





- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Positive understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
