Vardhaki Architects and Engineers is seeking a creative and motivated Architect with min 2 years of skilled experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills and be capable of handling projects from concept design through construction.

Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams.
- Attend client meetings and incorporate design requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during construction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Revit is preferred.
- Strong design, detailing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
