We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Gopalganj. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest satisfaction, manage staff, maintain high service standards, and drive business growth while controlling operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor occupancy, reservations, and room availability.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
- Manage hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards throughout the property.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations, labor laws, and health & safety standards.




- Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase occupancy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues efficiently.
- Financial and budgeting knowledge is preferred.
