We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving property sales and achieving business targets for our real estate and construction projects. The role involves client interaction, site coordination, lead management, and assisting in various sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support the sale of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Attend to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate and organize site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain client records and update sales reports regularly.
- Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales, construction sales, or a related field (Freshers can also apply).
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Solid interest in sales, customer service, and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
