Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
Record call information and update customers records in the company’s database
Provide detailed information about products or services to potential customers.
Maintain follow-up with leads to convert them into prospects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
