Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Accounts team with daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for freshers or students who want to gain practical experience in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records.
- Organize and file invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Enter data into Excel and accounting software.
- Help prepare purchase and sales entries.
- Maintain vendor and customer records.
- Assist with bank and petty cash reconciliation.
- Support invoice preparation and documentation.
- Verify bills and supporting documents.
- Scan, photocopy, and maintain financial files.
- Assist with GST and other compliance documentation.




- Prepare basic Excel reports as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect documents.
- Perform other day-to-day accounting tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Eligibility

- B.Com (Pursuing or Completed)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
