Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our Skill Development Programs, vocational training courses, and government-funded training initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with educational institutions, corporates, NGOs, and community partners, and increasing student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote skill development and vocational training programs.
- Generate leads through field visits, digital marketing, and networking.
- Conduct awareness campaigns, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
- Visit schools, colleges, industries, NGOs, and local communities to create partnerships.
- Coordinate with placement and training teams to ensure smooth admissions.
- Meet monthly admission and business development targets.
- Maintain a database of leads and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, job fairs, and promotional events.




- Follow up with prospective candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong client and institutional relationships.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid marketing and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in field marketing and public interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
- Knowledge of Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or other government skill development programs is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; experience in education, training, admissions, or skill development marketing is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
