Conduct hotel training needs assessments and develop strategic learning plans.
- Design and implement cutting-edge learning solutions, including e learning, blended learning, and instructor led training programs.
- Create and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and consultants
