Job Description –

- Vetting of title search report, identifying the risk involved and mitigations to overcome the risk
- Co-ordinate with Advocate/Consultant, negotiate and empanel external advocate
- Understand location wise legal challenges and designing location wise collateral policy for the required state
- Proactively formulate risk mitigation policy in terms of mortgage of different kinds of property
- Vetting of title documents as and when required.
- Sound laws applicable to banking such as Negotiable Instruments Act, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, Companies Act, Banking Regulation Act etc
- Drafting / finalizing standard and non-standard agreement i.e. NDA, SLA, Merchant Agreement,



Manufacturer tie up agreements, Easy Mortgage, MODT, Declaration, indemnity, loan agreements, mortgages, hypothecation, guarantees, credit facility agreement, affidavit etc
- Drafting of other notices – (eg u/s138, Sec 17 etc) and follow ups – to be sent to customer/vendors/ employees, etc
- Adherence to all compliance related matters

Key Performance Indicators –

- Legal reports interpretation
- Deciding on the deviations in the legal report related to collaterals acceptable to PCPL
- Co-ordinating and networking with external empanelled lawyers and Law enforcement agencies.
