Skills:-

E-Way Bill Executive is responsible for generating, managing, and monitoring e-way bills required for the movement of goods under India's GST system.

Generate e-way bills through the GST e-way bill portal.

Verify invoices, challans, and transport documents before bill generation.

Update vehicle numbers and transporter details when required.

Track e-way bill validity and ensure timely renewal or extension.

Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.

Maintain records of generated e-way bills and supporting documents.

Resolve e-way bill errors, cancellations, and amendments.

Ensure compliance with GST and transportation regulations.

Assist during GST audits and document verification.

Knowledge of GST and e-way bill regulations.

Familiarity with the E-Way Bill Portal

Good data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Basic Excel and computer skills.

Communication and coordination skills.

Experience in logistics, taxation, dispatch, or accounts is often preferred.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
