Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to make outbound calls, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with customers.





Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Language Requirements:

- Tamil (Mandatory)
- English (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Preferred)
- Telugu (Preferred)
