Mathewsons Realty is looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Call prospective customers and explain our residential projects.

* Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

* Generate and schedule quality site visit appointments for the sales team.

* Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or real estate sales.





* Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

* Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* A confident, proactive, and self-motivated personality.

* Target-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy levels.

* Valuable computer skills and the ability to maintain customer records.

* Graduate preferred.
