About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in selling Salesforce services within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, and managed services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and Salesforce ecosystem partners.

Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.





Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM documentation.

Represent the company in client meetings, events, and Salesforce partner engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT,

5–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT industry.

Solid experience selling Salesforce services (implementation, development, integration, or managed services).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT solutions.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
