Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com degree, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.




- Coordinate with internal departments for account-related activities.

Required Skills

- B.Com (Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, Basic Functions).
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary

As per company norms (Based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
