Job Description : Purchase Engineer

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience : 6 Months - 4 Years (Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also apply)

Qualification :

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Knowledge of MS Excel & ERP software will be an added advantage.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Purchase Engineer who can efficiently manage the procurement of electrical materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing electrical control panels. The candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, vendor management abilities, and technical knowledge of electrical products.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and procure electrical materials as per project and production requirements.

Float enquiries, compare quotations, and negotiate with suppliers for the best price and delivery.

Ensure timely order placement.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Coordinate with the Design, Production,



and Stores departments regarding material requirements.

Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors for on-time material supply.

Verify technical specifications before procurement.

Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.

Identify alternative suppliers to reduce cost and improve quality.

Handle vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.

Required Skills :

Knowledge of Electrical Components (MCCB, ACB, MCB, VFD, PLC, Contactors, Relays, Busbars, Switchgear, etc.)

Vendor Development & Management

Price Negotiation

Cost Analysis

Purchase Planning

ERP Software Knowledge (Preferred)

MS Excel & MS Office

Good Communication & Coordination Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
