Scope of Work

The Technician shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the installed Audio & Video (AV) System to ensure uninterrupted functioning.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain the Audio & Video System installed at Khursheed Lal Bhawan.
- Attend daily complaints related to the AV system and resolve them promptly.
- Configure and update AV system software, firmware, and programming as required.
- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of all AV equipment.
- Inspect and ensure proper functioning of microphones, speakers, amplifiers, displays, projectors, control panels, switchers, matrix systems, and associated AV equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in the Audio & Video System.
- Maintain daily operation and maintenance logs, complaint registers, and service reports.




- Coordinate with the Engineer-in-Charge and comply with all instructions issued by the department.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the AV system during meetings, conferences, presentations, and official events.
- Follow all safety procedures and departmental guidelines while performing maintenance activities.
- Report any major faults or equipment failures immediately to the Engineer-in-Charge.
- Keep the AV equipment clean and ensure proper housekeeping of the equipment room.
- Perform any other operation and maintenance work related to the AV System as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
