Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience
- Fluency in English and Bengali, both spoken and written
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending processes and documentation
- Experience using loan origination systems and mortgage technology platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S.
mortgage loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans.
- Robust familiarity with Non-QM loans, refinance programs, and first-time homebuyer programs.
- Familiarity with federal and state mortgage compliance requirements
- Experience working in a broker or correspondent lending environment
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver required loan disclosures in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Communicate with borrowers to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding conditions.
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, appraisers, HOAs, insurance agents, and other third-party vendors.
- Order and track appraisals, title reports, HOA documents, flood certifications, and other required items.
- Monitor loan milestones and ensure files progress efficiently through the processing pipeline.
- Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and address underwriting conditions promptly.
- Prepare loan files for closing and coordinate closing requirements with all parties involved.
- Assist with post-closing follow-up and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with investor, lender, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
