We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive with a hospital background to manage and coordinate daily operational activities in a healthcare setup. The candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day hospital operations
- Handle patient coordination and support activities
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Support billing, scheduling, and administrative activities
- Resolve operational issues efficiently

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- 2–5 years of hospital operations experience
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of hospital processes and administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
