Wellness Hive Diagnostic Centre is looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be certified in phlebotomy, experienced in blood sample collection, and comfortable visiting patients' homes for sample collection. Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients at the diagnostic centre and during home visits.
- Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures safely and accurately.
- Label, store, and transport samples following laboratory protocols.
- Verify patient identity before sample collection.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Explain the sample collection process to patients when required.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure timely processing of samples.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collection records.
- Handle biomedical waste according to standard guidelines.
- Deliver courteous and professional patient care.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Phlebotomy, MLT, DMLT, or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in blood sample collection is preferred.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Comfortable travelling within Kolkata for home sample collection.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone skills for navigation and communication.
- Responsible, punctual, and patient-focused.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹8,000 per month.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be offered based on your current CTC, relevant experience, and interview performance.
