HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Full-Time | Bangalore

BrightChamps is looking for an HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive people initiatives that foster performance, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and HR strategies.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.
- Support learning & development, career growth, and manager coaching.
- Assist with compensation planning, organizational changes, and HR operations.
- Track HR metrics and provide insights to improve people processes.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in HR, HRBP, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or EdTech company is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
