Salary Range: 60k to 65k

Roles:

1. Project Finance Management

- Prepare and evaluate project finance proposals for recent and ongoing projects.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and project viability analysis.

2. Financial Modelling & Analysis

- Develop financial models, projections, and cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze project costs, profitability, ROI, and funding requirements.

3. Banking & Loan Coordination

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for term loans and working capital facilities.
- Prepare loan documentation, CMA data, and financial information required by lenders.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor project budgets and analyze budget variances.





5. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare project finance MIS reports and management presentations.
- Generate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

6. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain project finance records, agreements, and supporting documentation.

7. Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Support management in funding discussions and project execution.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Finance, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in preparing project reports and dealing with banks/financial institutions will be an added advantage.
