We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our manufacturing team as Supervisor Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in MDF panel manufacturing, production supervision, quality control, process optimization, and team management.

The selected candidates will undergo structured training and work closely with senior production professionals to understand manufacturing operations, quality standards, safety procedures, and production planning.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Wood & Paper Technology
- OR
- M.Sc. in Wood Science & Technology

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in production and quality control activities.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure product quality standards.
- Maintain production and quality records.




- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
