Job Description: Associate Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should manage a team of minimum 5-10 members.

Minimum 4 + years of experience in project implementation and 3+ years of product knowledge.

Having sufficient knowledge of SQL.

Understanding of scrum is preferable.

Should have Client facing experience and able to convince the client over timelines or new CR’s.

Should have worked as senior BA and has deep understanding on the BA Roles and Responsibilities.

Good written and oral communication skill is must.

Should have cross-functional knowledge to discuss with various internal teams to get the work done.

Should have positive presentation and training skills.

Should be techno-functional.





Should have banking domain knowledge and IT Lifecycle exposure – SDLC.

Should have hands on experience to prepare Wireframes.

Having experience on any Workflow creation tools like Camunda and knowledge of preparing workflows and process flows is preferable.

Should be able to prepare SOP documents and process improvement documents, BRD & FSD if required.

Should be able to provide timelines or effort estimation w.r.t project requirements (project planning & scheduling).

Able to mentor, monitor and provide feedback to team members on a constant basis.

Pay: ₹418,067.18 - ₹2,029,884.03 per year
