Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals for the US market.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to fulfill hiring needs.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
