We are looking for a vibrant and energetic child engagement facilitator for our Cognitive playstudio and family hub at Klayzo to enable kids to learn, explore and discover through various activities and play modules.

Location : Sahakarnagar

Qualifications: 12th pass/ Bachelors degree (Similar industry experience – the education qualifications can be discussed on a case-to-case basis)

Good with Art, Crafts / Design

Communication skills - ability to speak multiple languages, Engage with children & physical agility are key

Basic computer literacy

Experience: 2-5 years' experience working with children / art & crafts (Freshers can also apply)

Timings:

Tuesday-Friday: 2.00 PM-8:30 PM

Saturday- Sunday: 10.30 AM – 8.30 PM

Monday Holiday

Public holidays working with comp-off provided

Role:

- Someone who loves working with children, art and genuinely enjoys playing/ engaging/ being with children
- To be the chief fun officer at the playspace
- Engage & manage children in the space
- Facilitate various building/ art / activities for the children
- Ensure the child is settled easily and the child can navigate the space
- Oversight on safety, behavior
- Manage playspace setup
- Support with workshops, organize events and birthday parties




- Support the administration in maintaining inventory, procurement activities and reporting activities.

Prerequisites:

- Experience: Proven experience of teaching Art / Crafts, conducting workshops and activities. Experience in working with children is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field - Art, Design, Montessori, training, Child psychology / education.
- Empathy : Outstanding at handling kids and empathetic to their needs
- Communication: Fluent in English and good at interpersonal skills
- Passion for Making: Genuine enthusiasm for hands-on making and innovation, with the ability to ignite the passion for making in children
- Schedule: Mandatorily able to work on weekends
- Problem-Solving: Proficiently troubleshoot issues during workshops, demonstrating quick and effective problem-solving skills to ensure seamless activities.
