Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, panels, PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems.

Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.

Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and equipment history.

Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

Supervise electricians and technicians during maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

2–5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing/industrial setting preferred).
