Experience : 5 - 10 years

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc Food Technology

Job Description:

Investigate and analyse customer complaints regarding product quality, packaging and safety

b. Identify root causes and implement corrective & preventive measures to address the issues and prevent recurrences

c. Develop proactive customer satisfaction strategies to reduce customer complaints

d. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand trust

e. Maintain a customer feedback database and initiate continual improvement plans

f. Train QC, Production, Packaging and Store members on compliance measures and customer-centric quality approaches

g.



Ensure adherence of the facility, procedures and processes to food safety regulations, standards and certifications

h. Monitor, ensure and report SOP compliance of the entire processes to hygiene, quality and food safety

i. Supervise and ensure in-process quality control checks in production, packaging and storage areas

j. Identify deviations, gaps and inefficiencies in shopfloor work flows and implement corrective measures to maintain consistency

k. Implement Valuable Manufacturing Practices across all the production and store functions.
