Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review BOQs, estimates, and project budgets.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Attend client and site coordination meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and project records.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
