Job Summary:
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 1.5 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
