About Us

CodeAce IT Solutions LLP is a growing IT and digital marketing company offering end-to-end services in software development, SEO, PPC, branding, and performance marketing.
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to handle all our social media platforms and strengthen our digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage all official social media handles — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Create, post, and manage engaging content including graphics, reels, videos, and stories.
- Run paid social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, DMs, and engagement across platforms.
- Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and tools to enhance strategy.




- Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams for cohesive brand communication.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management and strategy.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with hands-on experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple platforms independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
