Requirement:

Night Shift folks only!!

- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Representative, Cold Calling Expert, Call center Sales Representative and BPO background.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills




- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Strong Customer/Client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Having experience in US Logistics will be a plus
- Fresher, Intern can also apply

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
