Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage Accounts Receivable operations, customer reconciliations, bank reconciliations, GST-related activities, and collection follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing reports.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections.
- Handle customer account reconciliations and resolve account-related queries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations across group companies.
- Prepare and maintain commission calculations and related reports.
- Maintain monthly purchase and sales reports.
- Prepare daily cheque deposit reports.
- Record and reconcile distribution payments received.
- Perform GSTR-1 cross-checks and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and the finance team to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounting / Accounts Receivable.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Accounts Receivable
- GST
- Bank Reconciliation
- Customer Account Reconciliation
- Collection Follow-ups
- Advanced Excel is mandatory, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- IF Functions
- SUMIFS
- MIS Reporting
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in customer collections and receivables management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
