Job Title: Project Manager -Structural Fabrication Engineer

Qualification:

- BE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in structural steel fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor structural steel fabrication activities.
- Interpret structural, fabrication, and shop drawings accurately.
- Ensure fabrication work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare material estimates, fabrication plans, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with project teams, production, quality, and site personnel to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor fabrication progress and resolve technical issues during production.
- Ensure adherence to relevant IS codes, welding standards, and safety practices.
- Support inspection and quality control activities throughout the fabrication process.
- Visit project sites as required for coordination and technical support.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of structural steel fabrication,



welding, and erection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and fabrication/shop drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes and safety practices.
- Knowledge of fabrication planning, material estimation, and production scheduling.
- Understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), industrial structures, or heavy steel fabrication.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel & stay at project locations as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
