Job Summary

Scrum Master

Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Technical Skills

MUST HAVE :

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common engineering workflows. Familiarity with web, mobile, and desktop application technologies (e.g., Angular, C#, .NET, WPF).
- Ability to work with technical leads to plan sprints and align timelines.
- Practical knowledge of Agile engineering practices
- Understanding of DevOps tools & workflows (e.g., CI/CD, backlog tools like Jira/Azure Boards).
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff
- Ability to read and interpret technical task breakdowns, estimations, dependencies, and risks.
- Understanding of metrics (velocity, burndown, flow efficiency) and how to interpret them for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and how they relate to technical execution.




- Awareness of technical craftsmanship principles—clean code, maintainability, testing approach, and system stability.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, full‑stack engineers, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure delivery alignment.

NICE TO HAVE :

- Basic understanding of API, cloud, and system integration concepts to support cross‑functional collaboration.
