About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to promote and sell automation solutions for residential homes, hotels, and commercial enterprises. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the home, hospitality, and enterprise sectors.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, hotel owners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and customer support.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.




- 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in automation, electrical, electronics, smart home, security systems, or related industries is preferred).
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the region.

Preferred Candidate

- Based in or willing to work in Vijayawada.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
