Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Email and Chat support.
- Process customer requests accurately within defined timelines.
- Update and maintain customer records in internal systems.
- Verify, review, and process customer information.
- Ensure quality and accuracy while handling assigned tasks.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and client guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets.
- Prepare reports and complete assigned documentation.

Required Skills

- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts.

Educational Qualification





- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Final-year students awaiting results may also apply (subject to company policy).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Email Support, Chat Support, Data Entry, Back Office Operations, or Non-Voice BPO.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage.
