Job Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and successful delivery of enterprise-scale Pega solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards. Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, drive architectural decisions, establish development best practices, and oversee successful project execution to ensure delivery of scalable, secure, high-performing, and AI-enabled applications. Drive modernization initiatives leveraging Pega Constellation architecture, Pega GenAI capabilities, and cloud-native best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the technical authority for Pega architecture, solution design, and implementation.
Lead architecture and design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define application architecture, integration strategy, data model, security model, and deployment approach.
Own technical governance and ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails, enterprise standards, and architectural best practices.
Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
Drive platform modernization initiatives, including adoption of Pega Constellation, cloud migration, platform upgrades, DevOps enablement, and application transformation.
Evaluate and implement Pega AI capabilities, including Pega GenAI Blueprint,



AI-powered automation, intelligent case management, and decisioning to enhance business outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and cross-functional delivery teams to make key technical decisions.
Partner with delivery managers and project stakeholders to define project scope, technical estimates, delivery plans, resource allocation, and implementation roadmaps.
Track technical delivery milestones, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and ensure timely project execution.
Support project governance by providing technical status updates, effort estimations, solution reviews, and release readiness assessments.
Identify technical risks, provide mitigation strategies, and resolve complex architectural challenges.
Establish reusable frameworks, components, and development standards to improve delivery efficiency and maintainability.
Drive performance optimization, application stability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Mentor System Architects and development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical quality assurance activities.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering practices, delivery quality, and team productivity.
Stay current with emerging Pega platform capabilities, AI innovations, and industry trends, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Skilled & Technical Skills





Must Have Skills

Expert proficiency in Pega Platform (Pega Infinity).
Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and solution design.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Pega applications.
Deep understanding of Case Management, Data Pages, Integrations, Security, Decisioning, and Reporting.
Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture and modern UI development.
Exposure to Pega GenAI Blueprint, AI-powered application development, AI-assisted decisioning, and intelligent automation capabilities.
Experience implementing REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
Solid understanding of Pega Guardrails and application design best practices.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Deployment Manager.
Experience with Pega Cloud and/or public cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience in technical project planning, estimation, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, mentoring, and project coordination skills.

Additional Information

Minimum 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform.
CLSA certification is mandatory.
Experience leading enterprise-scale Pega implementations across multiple teams.
Experience delivering modernization initiatives using Pega Constellation and cloud-native architecture is preferred.
Exposure to AI-enabled application development and Pega GenAI capabilities is highly desirable.
Experience managing end-to-end technical delivery of large transformation or modernization programs is preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
