Job Desription

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Account Manager to lead the successful delivery ofMES/MOM projects while serving as the primary customer interface. The role requires strong project management, customer relationship management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end MES/MOM implementation projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Plan, track, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Lead customer meetings, project reviews, risk management, and status reporting.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful delivery.




- Build solid customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive issue resolution, change requests, and smooth transition to support.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in IT project delivery with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Experience in MES, MOM, Manufacturing, ERP, Industrial Automation, or Industry 4.0 solutions is preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
