Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lessons on prose, poetry, grammar, and composition.
- Assessment: Create assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' vocabulary, reading comprehension, and critical analysis of literature.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a productive and disciplined learning environment.
- Collaboration: Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Extracurriculars: Guide students in literary activities like debates, speeches, and creative writing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree or equivalent.
- Certification: CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) certification is frequently required for TGT roles in India.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in using contemporary teaching aids/smartboards.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in middle or high school is preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience in CBSE School.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
