Sales Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through calls, field visits, and referrals.
- Explain product features, perks, and pricing to customers.
- Recommend suitable models based on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to close sales.
- Maintain daily sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.

Service Responsibilities

- Install, service, and troubleshoot products (RO / UV purifier / appliances depending on company).
- Perform scheduled maintenance, filter replacements, and system checks.
- Diagnose issues and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and customer appointments.




- Ensure proper documentation of service calls and maintain service records.

Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Engineering background (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of RO systems / electrical & plumbing.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage field work and travel to customer locations.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/service roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
