Apprenticeship Trainee – Production (API Plant)Job Type

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprenticeship Trainees to join our API Manufacturing Plant in the Production departments. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory operations, quality systems, and production processes while working in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Production

- Assist in API manufacturing operations under the guidance of senior personnel.
- Support equipment operation, cleaning, and batch manufacturing activities.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain batch records.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, EHS, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

Diploma or Bachelor's/M.sc degree in:

- Organic Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Freshers and eligible Apprenticeship candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should possess a learning mindset and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory practices.




- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and Positive Documentation Practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).

Work Schedule

- Full-time
- Rotational shifts (where applicable)

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
