Job Description for Interior Designer / Architect -

Take sketches and initial architectural designs created by the Principal, Project Manager, or Supervisor, and convert them into hard-line drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.

Should know Google SketchUp, Enscape, D5, & Lumion; 3D walkthrough will be an added advantage.

Create photorealistic renderings in Revit to express design ideas to project stakeholders.

Accurately measure and then draw existing field conditions in Revit and AutoCAD.

Assist in the creation of various materials for client presentations.

Assist in the completion of document packages as part of project milestone submissions.

Qualifications for this position include:





Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior design with 4-7 years' experience working in an Architectural office or related field.

Strong proficiency in Revit is a necessity, including the use of all 3D modelling tools and 2D annotation tools.

Applicants must be comfortable using Word and Excel.
