We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with retail experience and robust customer handling skills to manage day-to-day HR operations and support store workforce efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records

Address employee queries and ensure smooth communication

Support store operations with effective manpower planning

Handle customer interactions and resolve concerns professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices

Work Timing: 09:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Requirements:

MBA (HR or related field)

Minimum 2 year experience in retail Supermarket industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good customer handling and problem-solving ability

Basic knowledge of MS Office
