· Handle complete production operations of the manufacturing unit.

· Plan and monitor daily production activities and targets.

· Ensure smooth functioning of machines and production lines.

· Manage manpower, shift planning, and production teams.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Maintenance, and Quality departments.

· Ensure production is completed within timelines and quality standards.

· Monitor production efficiency, wastage control, and machine utilization.

· Implement process improvements for higher productivity.

· Ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance on the shop floor.

· Prepare daily production reports and MIS updates.

· Handle production issues and ensure minimum downtime.

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Printing & Packaging production processes.

· Leadership and manpower management skills.

· Knowledge of production planning and quality control.





· Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Positive communication and coordination skills.

· Knowledge of ERP and MS Excel preferred.

Qualification:

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Printing Technology, or related field.

· Additional production management knowledge will be preferred.

Experience:

· Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Production department.

· Experience in Printing & Packaging manufacturing industry is mandatory.

· Experience in handling production teams and machine operations preferred.

Salary:

· Salary will depend on candidate’s experience, knowledge, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
