Extensive hands on writing playbooks. Integrate ansible with ITSM systems like snow. Hands on with bash or PowerShell or python Highly organized will need to maintain a reasonably sized library of playbooks, software, and settings. Playbook configurations are kept up-to-date. Systems are compliant per their respective playbook
