Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Connect: Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightCHAMPS programs.
2. Consultative Guidance: Understand the child’s learning needs and recommend the ideal courses and learning paths.
3. Drive Enrollments: Convert qualified leads into enrollments by handling objections and clearly communicating the value of our programs.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status.
5. Hit Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven setting.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Who Can Apply?
1. Education:



Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline (Freshers with excellent communication are highly welcome!)
2. Communication: Flawless spoken and written English, with the ability to build instant rapport with US parents.
3. Mindset: Comfortable working in a night shift and thriving in a target-driven sales environment.
4. Skills: Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
5. Tech: Must have a personal laptop in good working condition.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
