About the Role

ReadyAssist is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – B2B to drive OEM client acquisition and build strategic partnerships across the automobile and ancillary ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the automotive industry and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets through B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B client acquisition by onboarding OEMs and automobile ancillary companies.
- Develop and execute subscription-based sales strategies.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the OEM ecosystem.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Own and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive/OEM industry.
- Strong understanding of tyres, lubricants, auto ancillaries, and OEM networks.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing large automotive accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
